Courtesy blog for Loree's Obama invitation
It is a very exciting time to be a Democrat in Missouri. We have three wonderful candidates running for President. I have been volunteering for the campaign of Senator Barack Obama since last February, and I can tell you first hand that we have a lot of people in our state who are becoming excited about politics for the first time in their lives. In fact, we have over 100 people in Belton and Raymore alone that have contacted Barack Obama's campaign, thru his web site and also by phone. This last weekend Senator Claire McCaskill endorsed Senator Obama, she joins with Susan Montee, US Rep. William Lacy Clay, and US Rep. Russ Carnahan, who have previously announced their support. I want to extend an invitation to any of you who want to be a part of this campaign to join Obama for America in Missouri.
